How returns, exchanges, and refunds work at RMK Super Store.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

Non-Returnable Items (examples)

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive items (for health reasons).
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, contact support before returning it.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact RMK Super Store support with your order number and reason.
  2. Share photos if the item is damaged/incorrect.
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and guide you on pickup/drop-off options.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method where possible, or via an agreed alternative (e.g., mobile money) depending on payment type and provider.

  • Processing time: Typically 3–10 business days after approval (may vary by bank/payment provider).
  • Delivery fees: Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange (size/color), we’ll process it based on stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit (where applicable).

Wrong Item / Missing Item / Damaged Item

If you received the wrong item, have missing items, or the item arrived damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
